By using The Australian Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The platform connects buyers and sellers for products, services, and professional offerings.
2. User Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. You’re responsible for account security and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
3. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate listings, honor stated terms, comply with Australian consumer law, and fulfill orders promptly. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and anything violating Australian law.
4. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must provide accurate information, pay promptly, communicate respectfully, and leave honest reviews based on actual experience.
5. Fees & Payments
Transaction fees are deducted from seller proceeds. Fee rates are disclosed before listing. Payments processed securely through third-party processors. Seller payouts occur according to the Seller Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: The Australian Store is a marketplace platform. We’re not responsible for listing accuracy, product quality, seller fulfillment, or buyer-seller disputes. Platform provided “as is” without warranties. Liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months.
7. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
8. Governing Law
These terms governed by Australian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
